Corinth Texas History:
In 1880 the Dallas and Wichita Railway built a line through the area. Railroad officials named the town that grew up around the station Corinth. Commemorative bricks may be purchased for the sidewalk at City Hall. Corinth is located on IH-35 East/ U.S. 77 on the western shore of Lake Lewisville, 19 miles southeast of Sanger and Ray Roberts Lake, six miles southeast of Denton, 9 miles northwest of Lewisville,3 miles northwest of Lake Dallas, and 6 miles north of Highland Village, Texas.

This library serves Hickory Creek, Corinth, Lake Dallas, Shady Shores and Denton County. It counts on donations to make library improvements.
